For more than 25 years, I’ve led teams, operations, and businesses through growth, change, and transformation. My career has included leadership roles overseeing multi-unit operations, large-scale teams, customer experience initiatives, and multi-million-dollar business portfolios across Fortune 100 companies.
Throughout that journey, I’ve seen a common challenge: growth stalls when priorities become unclear, accountability weakens, communication breaks down or execution becomes inconsistent.
Those experiences shaped the foundation of E3 Advisory.
Today, I partner with owners and leadership teams in the home services and specialty trades industries to bring clarity to complex challenges, strengthen leadership alignment, and build operational discipline that supports sustainable growth.
My goal is simple: help good businesses become stronger, more focused, and better positioned for long-term success.

My role is to provide an objective leadership perspective, help identify the obstacles creating friction, and work along side leadership teams to create greater alignment and follow-through.
